Allegheny County, PA Becomes MS Govern’s Newest Customer
Allegheny County, PA and St. Louis, MO - May 19, 2011: Management Solutions for Government (MS Govern), a division of Harris Computer Systems, is pleased to name Allegheny County, Pennsylvania as its newest customer.
Allegheny County is home to some of the most prestigious health care, educational, cultural and sports institutions in the world. Today, the County boasts burgeoning technology and medical industries, a premier airport, and a world-renowned cultural district. The County's renewed commitment to the environment is evident in its success reclaiming and redeveloping former industrial sites to return them to active economic and recreational uses.
Allegheny County, with a population of approximately 1.3 million, is the second largest county in the State of Pennsylvania with 575,000 parcels. At its hub is the City of Pittsburgh, voted twice as the "Most Livable City in America".
