Innoprise customers, we have some exciting news for you!
Beginning Monday March 12, you will have a new method of logging support calls.
eSupport is a web-based system which will allow you to report issues, questions and enhancements about your Innoprise software applications. You will be able to view active calls as well historic calls that have been logged by you or your organization.
Innoprise customers should have received a Quick Reference Guide via email, which will walk you through the simple process for entering support calls. Your eSupport login and password will be sent to you prior to March 12.
