Support team member Laureano Pabello assisted HRMS expert Laura Mathis with Vallecitos Water District's W-2 balancing last week. While Debbie from VWD gave Laura kudos for her help, Laura responded:
I couldn't have done it without Laureano...he is a lifesaver!

- Laureano is a lifesaver!! His customer service skills and can-do attitude have always been present when I have worked with him over the past 6 years. Way to go Laureano! Connie
